Free & Easy Returns

At Romancing Diamonds, we stand behind our products, our service, and you, our customer :) We are very confident that our diamonds & fine jewelry will meet and exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason here's our return policy:

  • Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • You will receive 100% of your purchase price, no questions asked, no restocking fee :)
  • Items should be shipped within 7 days of receiving your prepaid label.
  • Products that have been modified by another jeweler or abused will not be accepted for a refund.


Returning Your Order

Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item(s):

  • Prepaid Label: As a convenience, Romancing Diamonds will e-mail you a prepaid FedEx Return Label.
  • Schedule a Pickup: Call FedEx (1.800.463.3339) to schedule a pickup and ask them to bring a Large FedEx Box. When FedEx arrives, pack the box, attach the prepaid label, then simply hand it to the FedEx person.
  • Package Your Return: Returns need to be carefully packed with all the original packaging, including the appraisal and invoice.
If you have any questions or concerns, please call our Customer Service staff and we'll provide you simple instructions on properly packaging and shipping your item back to us.

  • After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
  • A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued immediately.
  • All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
