At Romancing Diamonds, we stand behind our products and our service and you, our customer. We are very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and exceed your expectations.
However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate. Contact us within 21 days of receiving your order to request an RMA number. You will receive 100% of your purchase price, no questions asked, no restocking fee! Items should be returned within 7 days of receiving your RMA number. Products that have been modified by another jeweler or abused will not be accepted for a refund.
Returning Your Order
Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):
1. Your RMA Number: Contact Customer Service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number. As a convenience, Romancing Diamonds will mail you a prepaid FedEx Return Label.
2. Packaging Your Return: Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping box if possible. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and invoice.
3. Drop Off Your Package: Attach the prepaid label to your package. Then simply drop it off at a local FedEx Service Station. It’s free & easy.
If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service staff and we’ll provide you simple instructions on properly packaging and shipping your item back to our office.
After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s). A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
